Andrew Seay
Partner - automotive and industrials
Andrew began his career in the auto industry, working in a variety of roles including product development, manufacturing and supply chain.

Prior to Arcos Group, Andrew worked as an Engagement Manager in McKinsey & Company's Operations Practice specializing in corporate transformation across a range of industries including aerospace, automotive, consumer products and mining.
Andrew holds a double-major from Northwestern University in Mechanical Engineering and Geography. He graduated Beta Gamma Sigma (top 10% of class by GPA) from the Kellogg School of Management in Evanston, IL.
Michael Parrott
Partner - consumer products, warehousing and distribution
Michael began his career as an engineer at a software startup, designing consumer products from advanced materials.

Prior to Arcos Group, Michael has a decade of consulting experience at McKinsey & Company and Mars & Co. At McKinsey, he was an Associate Partner and leader in digital transformations and the operations practice. At Mars & Co, he served consumer clients on a global scale working in Europe and Latin America. Michael has also worked in industry at AB InBev as a Global Manager in Performance Management.

Michael holds a dual-degree M.S. in Chemical and Materials Engineering from the Catholic University of Louvain. He also has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University.
Lynn Compton Seay
Expert Partner - healthcare
Lynn began her career as a registered nurse and provided direct patient care across the full spectrum of provider environments.
Lynn began her management consulting career at McKinsey & Company, where she specialized in large-scale enterprise transformations at healthcare systems.
Most recently, Lynn served as Vice President and General Manager of Nursing Programs at Kaplan North America - a role that included P&L ownership, budget management and forecasting.
Lynn holds a bachelor degree in Nursing and an MBA for UCLA's Anderson School of Management
