Diagnostic typically involves a 2-4 week evaluation to determine the size of the prize as well as strategies to address it. If you do have a problem, we will help provide the evidence and business case needed to justify a corrective project.

We have 'off the shelf' tools which can be used to help you reduce excess inventory. We'll take data extracts from you and run it through our tools to help provide all the needed information for a smooth running sales, inventory and operations planning (SIOP) process. These tools can be transferred to your teams so you own and control them when we're done working.

The vulnerabilities of supply networks have been exposed in recent years. We helped one client diagnose and prioritize the contributing risk factors they faced from concentrated supply bases to short production windows and labor shortages. We built and launched projects against each risk in a joint effort with client initiative owners.
