Executive Administrator

Executive Administrators are critical to supporting project teams at Arcos Group.  Our EA's help our client teams schedule meetings, book travel and manage invoices. 

 

In addition to common administrative tasks, Arcos Group Executive Administrators are also expected to participate in our client development efforts.  These efforts may include identification of sales leads, outreach to expert partners and marketing communications.

EA's can expect travel of less than 10% of working team. Locating in South Florida preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Ownership mindset: able to work independently and play a role in suggesting next steps

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite including OneDrive, SharePoint and Outlook

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Willingness to travel up to 10%

  • Nice to have: experience drafting client communications
