
Engagement Manager
Engagement Managers are responsible for owning project delivery. As leaders of the project team, EM's are responsible for leading day-to-day client interactions and setting priorities for the working team of consultants. Engagement Managers should direct a significant portion of their time to "cracking" the problem must be comfortable with turning their insights into clear next steps that can be executed by their team.
EM's can expect to support 1-2 projects at a time and will travel up to 50% of the time.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree or MBA strongly preferred.

2 years experience working in client service (consulting, banking, or similar)

Strong aptitude for analytical problem solving

Ownership mindset: able to work independently and always comes prepared with suggestions on how to proceed

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment

Willingness to coach junior employees

Ability to "manage up" effectively with leadership team

Willingness to travel up to 50%

Nice to have: experience with Power BI, Tableau, Smartsheet
